The Iceworm Parade

A highlight of the festival, the parade captures the creativity and resilience of local residents.
The newly anointed Citizen of the Year leads as the Grand Marshall, and Miss Iceworm and her court ride the fire truck, amongst other floats showcasing the years theme. Here we announce the winner of the Treasure Chest!

All are welcome to build a float for the parade!
This is your chance to get creative with the theme, and show what it means to you, your business, group, etc!
Registration deadline is January 29th, 2020! 
Lineup and Judging will be at 12:00 noon on February 1st. Please do not throw candy or other objects, and dogs are not allowed in the parade.

Sign up to be a Street Vendor during the parade

Only a few spots are available to sell food items on mainstreet during the parade! Location is first come first serve, and you must check with the local business you will be in front of for power options. Table and power not provided. You are required to get the proper licensing through the City Of Cordova and the State of Alaska. A business license and a temporary food permit are required. Information provided below!
